The Brazilian beauty market is experiencing a moment of strong expansion and transformation, driven by growth in entrepreneurship, service professionalization, and increasingly discerning consumers focused on functionality and user experience. In this scenario, the tools and accessories used by hair, nails, and makeup professionals are gaining relevance and are beginning to meet more specific demands.
According to data from Euromonitor disclosed by the Brazilian Association of the Personal Hygiene, Perfumery, and Cosmetics Industry (ABIHPEC), Brazil is the third largest consumer market for beauty and personal care in the world. The sector generated approximately R$200 billion in revenue in 2025, representing approximately 2% of the Gross Domestic Product (GDP).
The beauty chain also stands out for the volume of jobs it generates. The sector brings together approximately 6.9 million job opportunities in the country, demonstrating its importance for the national economy.
Entrepreneurship directly contributes to this dynamic. Data from the Brazilian Support Service for Micro and Small Enterprises (Sebrae) shows that 236,000 small businesses operate in the segment, highlighting the role of self-employed professionals and small enterprises in market growth.
