A commission of approved candidates in the Rio de Janeiro Civil Police competition was received by acting governor Ricardo Couto at Guanabara Palace, late Wednesday afternoon. The meeting took place after the group's mobilization to demand the summons of the approved candidates.
The governor requested a new meeting for next week, when he is expected to present a response regarding the candidates' claim. During the meeting, the commission presented documents to the governor.
The group comprises 1,177 candidates who claim to have already been approved in all stages so far in the competition, including written test, Physical Aptitude Test (PAT), psychological evaluation and health exams. They await the advancement of the process to the Sylvio Terra State Police Academy (Acadepol) stage.
