Are censure motions a "mirage" in Madeira?

Reader Nuno Freitas sent a statement to DIÁRIO comparing the use of censure motions in the Assembly of the Republic and the Legislative Assembly of Madeira. In his analysis, he states that on the mainland there is no fear of advancing with censure motions whenever there are reasons, while in Madeira, in 50 years of Autonomy, this is a "mirage."
