The migratory crisis in Ceuta has reached Madrid, provoking a wave of outrage among the Spanish who took to the streets to demand answers from the authorities.
The Spanish opposition leader, Alberto Feijóo, demanded the resignation of Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez, accusing him of being responsible for the situation.
Feijóo guaranteed that Pedro Sánchez will have to answer before justice for how he handled the invasion of Ceuta by approximately 80 thousand illegal immigrants.
The crisis in Ceuta has thus become a political problem of national dimension in Spain, with the opposition pressing the Spanish government for how it allowed the massive entry of immigrants into the autonomous city.
