Donald Trump criticized Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, stating that, if he were part of the British royal family, he would not have accepted them back. The former United States president's statements come in the context of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex's return to the United Kingdom.
Harry and Meghan, accompanied by their two children, Archie and Lilibet, returned to the United Kingdom at the end of August. This visit marks the family's first return to the country after a prolonged period of absence.
The return comes six years after the couple left the United Kingdom. At the time, Harry and Meghan resigned from their official duties as members of the British royal family and decided to settle in the United States.
