New rules have been published that facilitate the hiring of teachers in Portugal.
The decree came into force at the beginning of this month, introducing significant changes to the hiring criteria.
Schools can now hire retired teachers, something that was not previously allowed.
Additionally, educational institutions can also hire post-Bologna graduates, that is, professionals who completed their training after the implementation of the Bologna Process.
