Jorge Carvalho announced that the bus depot located at Pelourinho will be equipped with shelters for users. This promise comes following the meeting of the Funchal City Council that took place today.

During the same meeting, Jorge Carvalho highlighted the unanimous approval of the amendment to the higher education scholarship support regulation. This regulatory modification allows for an increase of approximately 20% in the support that was previously provided to students.

The meeting today focused on mobility and education issues, with measures aimed at improving conditions for students and public transport users in the municipality.
