Minister André Mendonça, from the Supreme Federal Court, decided to leave the partnership of Instituto Iter, an entity created by him in 2024 to offer legal courses and professional development. The decision was made this Wednesday after a conversation with the president of Iter, Victor Godoy.
According to a note released by the minister himself, Mendonça will transfer the entirety of his quotas and those of his wife to the other partners, without any financial compensation. The established condition is that any values corresponding to the quotas remain entirely destined for social and educational purposes.
