Banker Daniel Vorcaro gave testimony to the office of Supreme Federal Court (STF) Minister André Mendonça. In his testimony, Vorcaro stated that he feels "uncomfortable" offering a new plea bargain proposal to the Federal Police. The former banker explained that this discomfort is due to the fact that he maintained a "cordial" relationship with the PF director-general, Andrei Rodrigues. Vorcaro said he sees no possibility of a collaboration involving people who would be hearing the corroboration of the facts. The testimony was interrupted before its complete conclusion.

The government highlights that requests over 45 days fell from 1.8 million (peak in February) to just over 200 thousand. The average processing time is 34 days. To reduce the backlog, the government cites hiring of servers, remote service, documentary expertise, bonuses and blitz events.
