URBAN PLAN FOR ZILS TO BE REVISED TO RESPOND TO NEW INVESTMENT REQUIREMENTS

The Urbanization Plan for the Industrial and Logistics Zone of Sines (PUZILS) will be revised to respond to the new requirements of investment and follow the economic and territorial transformation of the municipality. The plan covers an area of 4,157 hectares, which represents approximately 21% of the territory of the municipality of Sines. The revision arises in the context of the evolution of investment in the region, particularly in the industrial and logistics zone. This update of PUZILS aims to ensure that the urban planning instrument continues to adequately respond to the economic and territorial development needs of Sines.
