The Regional Secretariat for Education, Science and Technology published today, in the Official Gazette of the Region (JORAM), an amendment to the School Calendar for the 2026/2027 school year. This amendment is due to the adjustments made after the publication of national exam results.

According to the information made available, the 2nd and 3rd cycles of basic education should start classes between September 11 and 14, maintaining what was initially planned.

However, the return to classes for the scientific-humanistic courses of secondary education was affected by these changes, although the article does not detail the new specific dates for this level of education.
