Portuguese Aralab Enters the UK with Acquisition of British Company

The Portuguese company Aralab announced its entry into the UK market through the acquisition of a British company.

This acquisition represents the second purchase made by Aralab this year, demonstrating an international expansion strategy through acquisitions.

Previously, in March, the Portuguese company had acquired a controlling stake in the Indian company Newtronic, marking the beginning of its external growth strategy in 2024.
