The young real estate developer Nova Atlantic, owned by three partners of different origins — an Israeli, a German and a Ukrainian —, will invest 87 million euros in building 245 houses in Portugal. This investment represents one of the largest residential projects recently announced in the country by a company with foreign capital.
The company's three residential projects are under development in three different locations across Portuguese territory. One is located in Sintra, another in the district of Porto, in the municipality of Gaia, and the third in Viana do Castelo, in the north of the country.
The choice of these locations reflects the developer's strategy to diversify its presence in the Portuguese real estate market, covering both the metropolitan area of Porto as well as the northern interior and the Lisbon region. With this investment, Nova Atlantic aims to contribute to the growth of housing supply in these areas.
