The Fantastic Posters exhibition will take place from September 3 to October 3, 2026, at Exhibition Room I of the Afundación Vigo Headquarters, in Spain. This initiative is the result of a partnership between the Galician Freaky Film Festival (GFFF) and Melgaço City Hall, in collaboration with Abella Producións, as part of the celebrations of the 10th edition of the GFFF.
The exhibition internationally highlights the valuable collection of the Melgaço Film Museum, presenting original posters and photographs of fantastic and horror cinema, spanning nearly six decades of film production. The collection belongs to French critic and historian Jean-Loup Passek, who assembled this collection over the years and decided to donate it to Melgaço City Hall.
The exhibition room is open Monday through Saturday, from 4:30 PM to 7:30 PM, with free admission. The initiative is part of the "Culture for Food" charitable program, which invites the public to donate non-perishable food items on-site.
