João Mendonza and Setúbal Symphony Orchestra in City Day concert

João Mendonza and the Setúbal Symphony Orchestra presented a special concert to celebrate City Day. The show took place at 9:00 PM and also featured the participation of the Setúbal Participative Choir, as well as the choral groups Luísa Todi, Almira, and Atlântico.

Inês Constantino and maestro João Abrantes were the special guests of this concert. The musical direction was handled by Mário Carolino, while the choral direction was overseen by Fernando Malão.

The concert was part of the municipal program Bocagianas 2026 Celebrations. The performance took place on the night before Bocage and City Day, a municipal holiday celebrated annually on September 15th.
