The strategy seeks to distance itself from Minister Alexandre de Moraes, of the Federal Supreme Court (STF).
According to allies, after the revelations of new messages between former banker Daniel Vorcaro and Moraes, Lula evaluated that the magistrate played a prominent role in the trial of the 2023 coup attempt, achieved unprecedented projection for a member of the Court, and is now wasting the prestige he achieved.
For now, the president himself should not appear on the electoral time slot directly talking about the suspicions against the STF. This role will be left to announcers, who will conduct the message about the speech that nobody is above the law.
Lula intends to directly vocalize the broad defense of the investigations when information emerges that allows for a definitive diagnosis of how the relationship between Vorcaro and Moraes was.
