Owner of Glovo accepts Uber's purchase offer for 12,770 ME

The board of directors of Delivery Hero, the company that owns Glovo, approved the purchase offer presented by Uber. The operation is valued at 14.8 billion dollars, which corresponds to approximately 12.77 billion euros.

Uber made a proposal to acquire the entirety of Glovo through this multi-million transaction. The board of directors of Delivery Hero gave the "green light" to the offer and decided to recommend that shareholders accept the purchase operation.
