CTT now hold more than 3% of their share capital

CTT – Correios de Portugal informed that they now hold more than 3% of their own share capital, under the ongoing share buyback program.

During the period between August 27 and September 2, the company proceeded with the acquisition of a total of 25,000 own shares.

The shares were purchased through JB Capital Markets, at an average price that ranged between €6.528 and €6.628.

This share buyback program comes in the context of the capital management strategy of the Portuguese postal and mail services company.
