The GNR Territorial Post of Trafaria, in the municipality of Almada, carried out a significant fuel seizure on September 2. As part of this operation, the authorities seized 198 jerricans containing fuel, totaling 3,960 liters of fuel.

In addition to the fuel, two vehicles were also seized, allegedly related to the criminal activity. The seized fuel was destined for drug trafficking, according to the investigation carried out by the GNR.

This seizure is part of a continued effort by the authorities to combat drug trafficking in the Trafaria region and the municipality of Almada. The fuel would be used to support trafficking operations, possibly for fueling boats or vehicles used in the distribution of illicit substances.
