During the initiative, various activities related to the breed were organized, including demonstrations, meetings between breeders and enthusiasts, and social moments that highlighted the distinctive characteristics of the dog. This celebration reinforces the importance of the Serra da Estrela dog not only as a canine breed, but also as a cultural and heritage symbol of the region where the initiative took place.
