Man arrested on suspicion of student trafficking

The Public Security Police of Espinho arrested on the afternoon of September 1 a 35-year-old man on suspicion of drug trafficking. The arrest took place within the scope of an investigation operation, with the suspect being caught in the act.

During the intervention, the PSP seized approximately 153 individual doses of heroin and cocaine that were in the individual's possession. Two mobile phones and 85 euros in cash were also seized, goods that may be associated with the criminal activity.

The detainee will be presented during the day today, September 2, to the competent judicial authority for the initial judicial questioning and possible application of precautionary measures.
