Nordic giant employs more than 700 in Portugal and aims to reach 1,100 with new factory

CTS Group is a Nordic giant and one of the largest European groups in the design and construction of data centers in Europe. The group holds in Portugal an industrial ecosystem dedicated to the data center sector.

The company has just opened a new factory in Viana do Castelo, which currently has 120 workers. The unit expects to reach 500 employees in spring.

In total, CTS Group employs more than 700 people in Portugal. With the new factory in Viana do Castelo, the company projects to reach 1,100 workers in the country.

Portugal follows trend of lower wealth combined with debt reduction
