Santander Totta is in the market to issue 500 million euros in covered bonds with a three-year term, according to information reported by Bloomberg, with the price of the operation potentially being known still this Wednesday.
According to a source close to the process cited by the news agency, the bank will pay an interest rate close to the mid-swaps, which are trading at 3.25% on Wednesday morning, plus 21 basis points, representing a total rate of 3.46%.
The bank has been led by Isabel Guerreiro since March of this year, when she took office as executive director of Santander Totta.
The bookrunners of the issuance are Santander, BMO, DZ Bank, Natixis and UBS, according to the same source.
