Anne Hathaway inspires beauty debate: what changes in care after 40

oglobo2 September 2026 at 07:45

Anne Hathaway, at 43, was chosen by "People" magazine as the most beautiful person of 2026. The recognition comes at a moment of prominence in the actress's career, as she returned to one of her most iconic characters in "The Devil Wears Prada 2".

The choice opens space for a broader discussion about how female beauty is perceived at different stages of life. Age has become part of this conversation, alongside individual characteristics and each woman's choices regarding her own appearance.

In dermatology clinics, the demand for aesthetic procedures can also be linked to the desire to care for skin and hair without necessarily modifying natural features. There is today a greater pursuit of results that respect authenticity.

The phenomenon is part of a broader context of behavioral change, including the "real skin" movement, which has been altering the way many women view their own appearance, valuing a more natural and less filtered aesthetic.
