The suspect of sexually abusing his stepdaughter in Águeda has already been heard by the court. The man was brought before summary trial, in proceedings involving alleged rape crimes. The Public Prosecutor's Office accused the suspect of having engaged in sexual acts with his underage stepdaughter. The decision on the application of coercive measures was scheduled for tomorrow morning.
