A Russian attack hit a 16-story residential building in the Podilsky district, in Kiev, on Tuesday morning. At least three people were injured in this specific attack.

Russia launched a large-scale attack against the Ukrainian capital and surrounding areas, between Monday night and Tuesday morning. The complete attack killed at least 12 people in total.

The residential building that was hit was located in the Podilsky area, one of the districts of Ukraine's capital. Local authorities were still assessing the damage caused by the attack.
