Baby donkey shot dead by police during search for child

Police shot and killed a baby donkey during the search for a missing child. The animal, named HeeHaw, was shot by officers participating in the search operation. The donkey's owner revealed that the officers couldn't remember where they had left the animal's body. Given this, the owner had to walk through the field with a flashlight to find the donkey's remains. The officers responsible for the killing were removed from duty.
