The album "Timeless" brings together ten rare and unreleased recordings from Prince's archive, collected between 1977 and 2016. The collection represents a rare and valuable look at the artist's vast discography, spanning nearly four decades of musical creation.

The release comes as the latest chapter in a succession of Prince's posthumous works. After his death in 2016, unreleased material from his extensive musical catalogue has been regularly surfacing, which continues to be managed and revealed to fans.

The album was compiled from recordings held in the artist's personal archive, which holds a significant amount of never-before-released material. Each track reflects different periods of Prince's career, from his first steps in the music industry to his more mature productions.
