Santarém brings environmental education to Vaqueiros and Gançaria

The Municipality of Santarém promotes environmental awareness actions on September 5 and 8 in the localities of Vaqueiros and Gançaria. These initiatives are integrated into the municipal strategies called Santarém Circularis and RHIOS, which aim to promote sustainability and resource preservation in the municipality's territory.

On September 5, the initiative called "Agriculture and Water Resources | Engage to Act in Vaqueiros" will take place in Vaqueiros. The activity begins at 10:00 AM and will be held at the premises of the former EB1 School in the locality.

The program includes the presentation of the fable "Da Terra...", which is part of the environmental awareness actions scheduled for this community. The event aims to engage participants in a reflection on the importance of water resource management and sustainable agricultural practices.
