22 million real estate project in Viana do Castelo starts sales

A 22 million euro real estate project called GREEN HILLS Viana Residences has begun sales in Viana do Castelo. The development consists of a total of 116 apartments.

The first phase of the project offers 58 units, distributed across the Visium and Stella buildings. The apartments range from T0 to T3 typologies, with prices ranging between 165 thousand and 445 thousand euros.

The completion of the first two buildings is scheduled for April and September 2028. The project represents a significant investment in the real estate sector of the Viana do Castelo region.
