Buying a house in Portugal became 7.5% more expensive in the last year. This significant rise in housing prices was recorded compared to August of last year, representing a considerable increase in the cost of acquiring properties in the country.
The median cost per square meter reached 3,207 euros, according to the price index of the platform idealista. This value reflects the trend of continuous growth in prices in the Portuguese real estate market.
The data from idealista, one of the main real estate portals in Portugal, serves as a reference for the state of the housing market in the country, highlighting the growing difficulties that buyers face in acquiring properties.
