Former football player Bebeto is being sued by Santa Mónica Condominium, located in Barra da Tijuca, Southwest Zone of Rio de Janeiro. The collection lawsuit refers to accumulated condominium fee debts over time.

According to the lawsuit data, the amount owed to the condominium reaches R$ 28,670.44, referring to 11 unpaid condominium fees over the year 2025. In addition to these overdue installments, there are another eight fees from the current year that have also not been settled.

The total debt calculated by the plaintiff, including legal fees and court costs, reaches R$ 67,049.30. The case is proceeding through the courts and represents a common condominium collection lawsuit, albeit one with prominence due to the debtor's public visibility.
