The leader of Iniciativa Liberal (IL) defended the need for reforms in various areas of the country, including the State, justice, taxes, and pensions, warning that these changes must be implemented before it's too late. The party considers these areas a priority for the country's recovery and modernization.
The first reform proposal that Iniciativa Liberal intends to publicly present should be the tax reform. This topic marked the second and final day of the party's parliamentary sessions.
The parliamentary sessions served as a backdrop for the party to debate and define its political priorities, with taxation emerging as the first major axis of action that IL intends to bring to public debate. The party thus reinforces its position on the need for changes to the Portuguese tax system.
