The Federation of Public Sector Unions, known by the acronym FESAP and affiliated with UGT, revealed its demands for salary appreciation in the public sector.
The federation demands that the national minimum salary be increased to 1050 euros, intending for this appreciation to occur as early as 2027.
In addition to the minimum salary increase, FESAP also claims a meal allowance of 10 euros for public sector workers.
These demands arise in the context of labor negotiations and reflect the position of the union federation in defending the rights and conditions of public servants.
