Europress, a historic publisher based in Alvalade, carried out a property transition by receiving two new partners. Carlos Fernandes Neves and Rui Bello da Silva now join the company's shareholder structure, replacing the former family owners.
The transition also involves Carlos and Mafalda Vintém, who take on a continuity role in the publisher's management. This passing of the baton represents a significant change in the company's history, which until now belonged to the same family.
The new managers have defined the company's growth and adaptation to the transformations that the publishing sector has been facing as priorities. This challenge comes at a time when the publishing industry is going through profound changes driven by digitalization and changes in content consumption habits.
