The Europress printing company, a Portuguese company founded in 1986 and based in Alvalade, Lisbon, was acquired by national investors Carlos Fernandes Neves and Rui Bello da Silva, in a transaction completed on September 14 as part of the succession process of the founding family. The company has approximately 25 workers, annual revenue of approximately 1.4 million euros, and a client portfolio that includes several reference publishers in Portugal. The new management will be led by Carlos Manuel Neves as General Manager and Mário Conceição as Operations Director, while the former partners will remain connected to the company during the initial transition phase. The new investors intend to preserve the company's technical heritage while simultaneously introducing modern methodologies for its growth.
