Madeira Art Fest promotes free event organization workshop

The 7th edition of Madeira Art Fest (MAF) starts tomorrow, Tuesday, with a workshop dedicated to event organization and cultural management. The training takes place between 7:30 PM and 9 PM, at the T1 space of Barreirinha Bar Café, in Funchal.

The workshop is free and targets young creators, cultural agents, students and the general community. The objective is to provide practical tools in the areas of planning, cultural management, event production and artistic project development.

The initiative is part of the Madeira Art Fest programming, an event that promotes art and culture in the Madeira region. This edition of the festival continues its focus on training and capacity building for professionals and enthusiasts in the cultural field.

The Bahian accessories brand Somos Dua, created in 2018 by designer Camila Oliveira, 33 years old, in Salvador, gained national prominence after being used by Anitta in the music video for "Equilibrium II," as well as pieces used by Ivete Sangalo, Nanda Costa, and Duda Santos in the novel "A nobreza do amor."
