British artist Nick Gonzalez, currently based in Portugal, presents a painting exhibition at the Seia Tourism Office, which will be on display until the end of September. Gonzalez's work is inspired by nature and the tradition of European landscape painting, using natural motifs such as the sea and trees as sources of artistic expression.
Gonzalez studied painting, illustration, graphic design and film direction in London and Brighton, England, first at Hornsey College of Art and Design and later at Brighton School of Art and Design. He worked at the University of Sussex as a designer and media producer, later founding his own creative design company in Brighton.
Over the years, the artist developed his interest in painting, regularly exhibiting in collective exhibitions at the Brighton International Arts Festival and holding solo exhibitions in England, Spain and Germany. His work is currently held in private collections across England, Spain, Cyprus, the United States and Germany.
