The 10th edition of the Folklore and Grape Harvest Festival opened its doors this Friday in Vila Franca das Naves, in the municipality of Trancoso. The event runs until Sunday and celebrates the traditions linked to the grape harvest and folklore of the region.
As happened in the first year, the festival returned this edition to the vicinity of Beira Serra Cooperative. This change of location is due to the fact that the village market, where the event has been held in recent years, is currently under construction.
The festival features a variety of cultural and traditional activities, including performances by folklore groups and celebrations of the winemaking traditions of Beira Serra. Beira Serra Cooperative, known for the production of regional wine, thus welcomes back the event that marked the beginning of this initiative ten years ago.
