Torres Novas receives European Heritage Days 2026

The Municipality of Torres Novas will host the European Heritage Days 2026 between September 17 and 27. The initiative is coordinated by Património Cultural, I.P., the entity responsible for promoting this event at the national level.

This year's edition will be under the theme "Revive, Resist and Reinvent Heritage", which will serve as the motto for all programmed activities.

The municipal program of Torres Novas proposes a diverse set of initiatives covering various areas, including historical heritage, archaeology, literature, collective memory and artistic creation.

This event aims to promote and enhance local heritage, offering residents and visitors the opportunity to learn about and reflect on the cultural richness of the municipality.
