The municipality of Teresina announced a set of works that will be carried out with funds from loans. Among the projects is the construction of a new bridge in the Poti Velho region, which aims to improve the city's road infrastructure.
The development of Shopping da Cidade II is also planned, representing an expansion of the existing commercial project. This work is part of the municipal administration's urban growth planning.
In addition to these interventions, the extension of Padre Humberto Pietrogrande avenue is included in the investment proposal. The extension of the road should help improve traffic flow in the served area.
The financing of these works will be done through a loan contracted by the municipality itself, which intends to use these resources to execute the package of infrastructure and urban development projects in the capital of Piauí.
