Taxis at Lisbon Airport with Fixed Rate Starting in October

Starting in October, taxis at Lisbon Airport will operate with a fixed rate, according to an agreement established between the parties involved. This measure aims to create a self-regulation regime for the transport sector at the country's main airport.

The agreement was implemented with the goal of reinforcing the transparency of prices charged to passengers. This way, users will be able to know the fare in advance, eliminating the uncertainty associated with journeys from the airport.

In addition to the pricing issue, the measure also aims to improve the quality of service provided to travelers. The fixed rate system is seen as a way to ensure more equitable and predictable treatment for all passengers using taxis at Lisbon Airport.
