The Municipality of Esposende presents on Monday the first edition of "Traj'aNorte", an initiative dedicated to the enhancement of costumes and the cultural and ethnographic identity of the Northern region. The session is scheduled for 09:30, at the Municipal Hall.
The event features the participation of folk groups and collectors from the territories between the Douro rivers. The main objective of this initiative is to promote and enhance the traditional heritage associated with regional costumes from Northern Portugal.
The presentation takes place at the Municipal Hall of Esposende, a location hosting this first edition of a project that aims to give visibility to the culture and ethnographic traditions of the region.
