EU gains access to Mythos AI model after three months of negotiations

The European Union obtained access to the artificial intelligence model Mythos after three months of negotiations with the company responsible. The community executive will have access to Mythos 5, which is not the most recent model available.

The European Commission confirmed that Mythos 5 will be the model made available to the EU in this agreement. The EC spokesperson did not confirm whether there are ongoing negotiations to have access to the model launched in September.

The negotiation process lasted approximately three months until an agreement was reached for the EU's access to the AI model.
