Businessman Daniel Vorcaro, owner of Banco Master, may provide a new testimony to the Federal Police next Tuesday (15), at 2 PM. He was summoned to provide clarification within the scope of investigations examining possible financial fraud involving the bank. Case documents reveal that Vorcaro was aware in advance of the operation against him.
The businessman's defense requested a postponement of the testimony. The lawyers claim they have not yet had full access to the case files and need time to analyze the documents and meet with the businessman to adequately prepare the testimony.
The postponement request was filed on Thursday (10) and sent to the case rapporteur at the Supreme Federal Court (STF), Minister André Mendonça, who has not yet decided on the request. Among the requests made by the defense is the determination for the Federal Police to provide a complete electronic copy of the case documents.
