The contract signed between Viviane Barci's office, wife of Supreme Federal Court (STF) Minister Alexandre de Moraes, and banker Daniel Vorcaro foresaw "strategic consulting" and a specific nucleus to handle procedures and investigations at the Federal and State Civil Police. The document was five pages long and was attached to the case files of the Master case, which is under the rapporteurship of STF Minister André Mendonça.
The contract does not mention at any point that there could be an impediment in the adjudication of cases at the Supreme Court, where Moraes serves.
