The Havengate fund, operated by Eduardo Bolsonaro's lawyer, remained "operationally idle" for approximately four years before receiving any transfer. The first remittance was made in February 2025, totaling $2 million destined for financing the film "Dark Horse."
The money was destined for financing the controversial film "Dark Horse," which tells the political trajectory of former President Jair Bolsonaro. The case became known as Havengate and is under investigation by the Federal Police.
The conclusions are part of a Federal Police report that was made public after the lifting of the secrecy of the investigations of the Master case. The decision was made by Minister André Mendonça, at the request of the Court president, Edson Fachin.
