The Generalitat Valenciana (Council) approved the authorization for the Conselharia de Sanidad to contract the execution of the works for the new University General Hospital of Castellón. The project will be put out to tender soon based on the already drafted project.

The planned investment for this infrastructure is 474 million euros, representing one of the largest public investment projects in the province of Castellón. This decision marks a significant step for the construction of a new hospital that will replace the current facilities of the University General Hospital.
