The president of Ceuta, Juan Jesús Vivas (PP), declared this Friday that the National Intelligence Center (CNI) did not inform him of any warning about a mass entry of migrants. Vivas spoke about this matter during his statements to the media.
The president of the autonomous city also considered "extrañísimo" (very strange) what occurred at the Government Delegation, referring to the differences that arose between the Government delegate and his Chief of Cabinet. This situation generated controversy in recent hours.
Vivas made these statements on the day when just over a week has passed since the mass entry of migrants in Ceuta, which occurred on May 17. The event generated a political crisis between Spain and Morocco.
