The 3rd Private Law Chamber of the Rio de Janeiro State Court sentenced the companies Autopista Fluminense and Delft Serviços to indemnify driver Mauro Vitor after a tragic accident on BR-101. The sentence includes the payment of R$ 50 thousand for moral damages. Additionally, the companies must fully reimburse the driver's vehicle value, calculated based on the Fipe table in effect at the time of the accident. The decision was made by the chamber specialized in private law matters of the Rio de Janeiro court.
